This Criollo knife and fork set is handpainted. Carefully assembled featuring the wood handle painted.
The main characteristics of gaucho puñales are the slim, elegant spear pointed blade, the presence of an integrally forged bolster or "button" (in Spanish, botón) which reinforces and divides the blade from its tang and file marks on the back of the blade. Due to its size, this knife is considered a "Verijero" knife.
The blade is a JUCA blade. The blade is 4 3/4" long, reaching a total length of the knife of 8 3/4" long.
This beautiful piece is ideal for gift, collector's item or simply for eating a delicious "asado" (barbecue).
