This criollo knife is manufactured with a SEIGEN blade with technological and food safety characteristics. The selected material is 3 mm stainless steel. The bottom is made of 3 mm stainless steel. The handle is manufactured with ebony. Because of its high density, ebony does not float in water as lower density-woods do. For this reason, it is considered the hardest wood in the world. For the impenetrability, easy washing and brotherhood with steel, the ebony handle is highly sanitary.
